Chickpea & Veg Curry.
Boil/steam quarter head of broccoli & cauliflower.
In a separate pain soften 1 red onion and 2 sticks of celery.
Add 1 tsp curry powder, 1tsp paprika, 1tsp mild chilli powder.
Add 1 can of chopped tomatoes.
Half a can of chickpeas and the boiled veg.
1 veg stock pot and a can of water.
Boil until everything is soft.
Serve with rice.
