🧀 I haven’t made fresh cheese in SO long! I think I’ll make some cheese this week.
This week’s #pastafriday menu is a cheesy one! A deconstructed chicken parmigiana with torchio pasta (yup, it looks like a torch, with a hollow middle to catch all that cheese!)
