Thanks everyone who came to @rfbaumann & my Autumn #Smörgås pop-up dinner @61local. It was a pleasure to meet you all and it's always inspiring & fun to cook with @rfbaumann. Extra thanks to @looorin for document our event so nicely, to Steve who helped us during the evening and to @61local for letting us use your cozy space.
The menu was a mix of Renee's passion for wild & local foods and selected dishes picked from my #Smörgåsbord #cookbook. For example we had mustard herring deviled eggs with brown buttered breadcrumbs, danish rye bread with home cultured butter, Renee's mushroom pate w/ black trumpet butter, smoked trout w/ horseradish cream, crispy onions & knäckebröd, home made caraway & fennel seed fresh sausages with an endless amount of condiments, autumn salad with cranberries & smoked sunflower seeds and handmade krumkake with black walnut cream & sour cherries. 📷 @looorin
