I mixed in 3 different types of 🌶chilis, each generating varying & escalating levels of heat🔥. My tongue👅 is on fiyyyyaaaaahhhhh🔥! 🤪

AYAM TANGKAP

Bahan-bahan:
500 gr ayam potong
1/2 buah jeruk nipis (untuk balur ke ayam setelah dibersihkan)
1 sdt garam (untuk balur ke ayam setelah dibersihkan)
1 batang daun temurui/daun kari
4 lembar daun pandan, potong menjadi 2 atau 3 perdaunnya
1 sdt garam
1/2 sdt gula
2 sdm gula merah
2 sdm air
1 sdt asam jawa
1 sdm minyak (untuk menumis)
Secukupnya minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
6 siung bawang merah
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar
1/2 sdt merica

Cara membuat:
1. Bersihkan ayam, beri perasan air jeruk nipis dan garam
2. Haluskan bumbu.
3. Siapkan wajan, beri minyak, lalu masukkan bumbu, garam, gula, asam jawa dan air gula merah (gula merah dicampur air, aduk rata)
4. Masukkan ayam, aduk rata, masak hingga bumbunya kering
5. Setelah kering, matikan api
6. Siapkan wajan, beri minyak dan goreng ayamnya hingga kecoklatan, masak sampai habis, matikan api
7. Goreng daun pandan dan daun temurui/kari
8. Siapkan piring, Tata ayam lalu daun pandan dan daun kari diatasnya
9. Siap disajikan

Last nights dinner went a little something like this.... bacon 🥓 wrapped feta spinach stuffed chicken 🐓 omg! I’ll tell you how I made it .
*Slice your chicken breasts in half *Stuff with spinach and feta cheese (I used frozen spinach it was easier and thawed it)
*season it! (I used perfect chicken and garlic seasoning)
*wrap it in bacon 🥓 (I used 4 slices per breast)
*cook at 350 for approx one hour and 15 mins depending on thickness of chicken (check it with a knife to see if it’s cooked thru) .
Absolutely delicious!! The bacon juice marinates the chicken and the spinach and feta are so good 😊 .

I can’t believe it took me so long to get an immersion blender so I could make this and how easy (and yummy) it is. .
.
Just some olive oil, mustard, salt, lemon juice and an egg. Wazz it all together and Bob’s your uncle - do Americans say that, or is it an Australia phrase?!

And you can use this Whole30 compliant mayo for dipping veggies in, in a Spanish potato salad, or in ... molten chocolate cupcakes (not Whole30 compliant). See, another baked good made out of condiments ...!

**MEAT SAUCE SPAGHETTI SQUASH**


___How do you feel about spaghetti squash? Have you tried it? Do you love it or hate it? It’s an amazing alternative to pasta but without the loaded carbs. Spaghetti squash is also rich in micronutrients, such as vitamin A & B, potassium, fiber and even omega 3 & 6 and others. You either love it or hate it! If you’re not a fan, definitely try out this delicious meat sauce with some pasta! It is flavorful and can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken for less fat content.


INGREDIENTS for the meat sauce: 1lb beef, 1/2 chopped white onion, 2 C chopped tomatoes, 6oz can tomato paste (about 1/4 C), 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp parsley, salt & pepper to taste
1️⃣In a skillet on high, add your onions and garlic for about 1 minute to get some crisp
2️⃣Reduce the heat to very low and add in your remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Stirring every minute
3️⃣Top the meat sauce on your spaghetti squash or pasta of choice
MACRONUTRIENTS for meat sauce: Fat 44g (will be reduced if you use turkey or chicken), Carbohydrates 67g, Protein 94g
