**MEAT SAUCE SPAGHETTI SQUASH**
___How do you feel about spaghetti squash? Have you tried it? Do you love it or hate it? It’s an amazing alternative to pasta but without the loaded carbs. Spaghetti squash is also rich in micronutrients, such as vitamin A & B, potassium, fiber and even omega 3 & 6 and others. You either love it or hate it! If you’re not a fan, definitely try out this delicious meat sauce with some pasta! It is flavorful and can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken for less fat content.
INGREDIENTS for the meat sauce: 1lb beef, 1/2 chopped white onion, 2 C chopped tomatoes, 6oz can tomato paste (about 1/4 C), 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp parsley, salt & pepper to taste
1️⃣In a skillet on high, add your onions and garlic for about 1 minute to get some crisp
2️⃣Reduce the heat to very low and add in your remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes. Stirring every minute
3️⃣Top the meat sauce on your spaghetti squash or pasta of choice
