Controlling the weight on this exercise is crucial! As you control the weights with the cables, it allows you to isolate and focus on multiple areas on your upper/mid back sections. This burner combo will have your muscles begging you to stop, but when you feel the burn, you know you’re only making yourself better, so push for another rep! If your cable height can be adjusted, then start at the highest setting. If you need to create more height, then these 3 moves can be done while kneeling down on a pad as well. FOCUS ON THE SQUEEZE in your back. Try shooting for 4 sets of 8-10reps. Remember, put the pride aside, and use a weight that can be controlled.
