It's just another Monday Workout... Pull-ups, hip thrusters, deadlifts (225 PR), Dumbbell Chest press, lying leg curls, One arm dumbbell rows, circuit consisting of 2 sets of 20 dumbbell shoulder raises, 20 push-ups, leg squats and up/down sled with 2x45 weights and finished off with 18 minutes on the stairmaster... Let's Get It... Ain't nothing to it but to do it... 😭🏋💪🚶 #NeverMissAMondayWorkout

Look what the mailman just brought me!!!! Eeeeee!!! I am super excited to be joining #kaylasarmy. 😆 After a month of following a #bbggirls on Instagram, I wanted to be part, of the movement, too. Not only are the #BBG results impressive, but I love the positivity and encouragement of the community. I did my first LISS session on Sunday and pre-training week 1 Legs & Cardio yesterday. I'm so glad I decided to start with pre-training cause my bum is already sore. 😂
