What's your morning toolkit? Mine is not coffee. Mine is my online workout login, water, my shoes and the desire to crush my goal. Knowing this quick start is hard, doesn't make me skip it. Hard gets you closer to goals. If it was easy everyone would be skinny and rich. Think about that. So don't mind me while I get my tired exhausted butt out of bed and start out everyday with that 30 minutes of exercise. To clear my head, act as therapy, and burn off those unwanted calories. With a new school year and my second year of teaching starting next week I've been in a battle with my mind of working out, eating enough let alone healthy....aka my nerves, anxiety & stress are setting in. Taking a new job and not knowing much what to expect or do is probably my worst nightmare. Taking baby steps & day by day, hour by hour focusing on ME!
