I hate to post this because I'm ashamed with how far I've backtracked. This back injury has completely derailed me. Yesterday was the first time in months that I've worked out due to all the pain I'm in constantly. But I've made the decision to start working it out again and fight through the pain. You can tell in this video how much my mobility is limited due to my back. (FYI it's sped up 4x) You can also see how bad my physical fitness has gotten. Day 1 done.
