It's 95 degrees.
My shoulder is mildly angry.
I've already been to PT and hit a WOD.
I still have to swim later tonight.
I have two more classes to coach.
I'm tired.
I have a million excuses, but only #OneShot
So I hammered my lats with my @sidekicktool, set up my @oso_barbell and my #KrankCycle (thanks @nova_fitness_equip 😘) and got to work.
