One of the best things about CrossFit is that it offers endless opportunities to play. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cross bars, rings, getting upside down, pulling, pushing, running, sprinting, jumping, rowing...constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensities.
if you’re not sure what you’re capable of or what your body can handle, how are you learning to grow and adapt as an athlete in and out if the gym?
When you look at infants and toddlers, watch how thy explore their space and surroundings, move and climb and run and stop and stomp, don’t lose that curiosity. Remember to have fun and play! Not just wreck yourself.
