639 super easy. Bands take off something less than 45 pounds cause the bar came to the ground when I hung it. Heavy stuff is over. Time to just go into the meet 100%, been sick all day so all the more happy with this.

Squats and deadlifts took close to 3 hours. Hit a top single of 370 on squats and 450 on deadlifts. My left hand starting hurting on working sets so I eased off and starting using straps. No need to f*ck myself up this close to competition, plus grip strength/holding onto the bar has never been an issue for me. Tried deadlifting 460x1 but couldn’t lock it out, my lower back was checked out for the night. About 3 WEEKS OUT. Did a deficit deadlift pyramid 2"-4"-6"-4"-2". Super short rests maybe a minute tops. It was fun doing these and they definitely wore me out.
