#walkthewalk Decided to train with the belt squat today from @betitanfit. Definitely awesome and humbling since I'm working with lighter weight. This load is only 330 lbs and its challenging it being straight weight. The back is out of the lift making it all legs and glutes. This will be use as an assistance to my back squats going forward both for meet prep and off-season.
First impression on the belt squat. It is well made. Similar to a product that cost 5x what I paid for it. It didn't come with a belt and caribeaner/quick snap to attach the belt to it so you'll have to get one. Assembly time took me all 45 mins. doing it all by myself with a socket wrench.
