The new mind set and a calculated fury brings in the PRs. Paying closer attention to my ankle and hip mobility have helped me finally hit a 200kg squat, close stance and to a box. This makes me really curious what will happen when I put the wraps back on.
This was the first bench session where everything clicked. My form is still quite rough and my general posterior still needs hours upon hours of work BUT this is true progress.
Finally clicking how grip and wrist position will effect the lift. Proper placement on the heel of the hand, choking the life out of the bar and locking your arms out at the beginning to keep everything tight and rigid. Note the slight extension of the wrists at the bottom and knowing to flex, straighten and not compromise my forearm position during the concentric portion. Also note the pissy end cause I knew that I would be late for work if I waited to try 300 :p
