Raise your hand if you hate Monday. Now, keep it raised if you feel stressed at the start of pretty much every week. We don’t blame you! Weekends are supposed to leave you feeling relaxed, yet within five minutes of arriving at work or school on Monday morning, you more than likely already feel the stress piling back up.
So take a few minutes either tonight or early in the morning to prepare for your week. Whether you plan a small goal, prep your meals, or write out your daily schedule, take the time now to kickstart your week and minimize Monday stress!
