Being able to share our #TRAINDIFFERENT philosophy with them, and watching them push until the very last second was amazing!! I love moves like this for 3 reasons:

1) They’re CHALLENGING (duh!)

2) They get small twitch muscle fibers to fire 🔥 which helps strengthen those larger muscles that we tend to focus on more often. .

3) They force your body to burn MORE calories than just doing single plane movements alone. .

See how many sets & reps you can get through as a challenging finisher. I was able to get through 2 Rounds & did 9 reps the first round, & made it to 8 reps in the second. My foot cramps up the most with these & I begin to fall over & lose focus! 😅 .

So here’s a little cardio routine you can add to your workouts, I really feel like cardio is not only good for shredding but also for the heart ❤️. You can be big and strong all you want, but if you don’t do at least 2 sessions of cardio a week..... you will notice that your conditioning will suck. Which means if you want to play a sport, it’ll be hard because your heart isn’t use to the high heart rate. .
SO GET YOUR CARDIO IN!!!

7️⃣ Drop to parallel then back to standing.

1. Using the Weighted T3PowerBag /Dumbbells or squat rack.
2. Contract the muscles at the beginning (bottom) of the movement and again at the top.
3. Finish with Squat Jumps/Sprints for 30s
Done properly you should be able to feel the booty pop!
