Being in a seated flexed position for long periods of time like when driving can cause some aches, so a move and stretch for your lower, mid and upper back/neck can do the trick! Using a lumbar support for your car seat, as well as a comfortably adjusted seat height and position is important. If you’re on a long drive, breaking after 30-40 minutes to move and do simple exercises like squats will help you re-energize and help with aches. .
