Предустановите монитор на тренировку следующим образом (без перерыва между интервалами): 250 м, 250 м, 200 м, 200 м, 150 м, 150 м, 100 м, 100 м, 150 м, 150 м, 200 м, 200 м, 250 м, 250 м. Выполняйте первые 250 м в умеренном темпе, затем 250 м в интенсивном темпе, затем 200 в умеренном темпе, затем 200 м в интенсивном и т. д. До 100 метров, а затем проложите путь назад до 250 метров таким же образом.

Гребите 30 минут и установите свой рекорд. После тренировки, введите свой результат в онлайн-рейтинге и сравните с другими людьми вашего возраста, пола и весовой категории.
