Excuse my amateur filming skills, the bad lighting, and the bad angles but I had to document some of this workout. I did an entire upper body workout WITHOUT using my hands because my right hand is still injured. It was driving me crazy not being able to workout so I made due with what I had and came up with different ways to work my upper body.
I put the ab straps around my elbows to do seated rows and the ankle cuff around my wrist or bicep to do single arm curls, lateral raises, front delt raises, tricep extensions, and kneeling rows. This workout was different for sure but I'm glad I was able to figure out a way to work around my hand and it felt so good after 😊
