Not kidding, I once CRIED when my partner stole some of my carefully allotted Reece’s Pieces “cheat meal” without asking😂😂😂Well, besides alerting me to the fact that I was officially obsessed with food, the experience serves as an important teaching moment for those who have #FoodFOMO or scarcity around food, like I did. Today’s #10DayBeNormalBlitz #Day3 post is about kicking your food scarcity mindset.
As subtle and weird as it sounds, the *practice* of sharing my food helped me tremendously in moving from all-or-nothing dieter to #moderation365-er. I went from never offering to always offering: “Do you want a bite?" or “You wanna just share something?” (Gulp—but guess what? You can always order/get more!) or “You want to try some of this?” Even when you have to force yourself, begrudgingly at first lol, it helps you over time become practiced at abundance and being able to taste anything without having to polish it all off. You trust that there’s always more where that came from, so you don’t have to be so anxious.
If you hate sharing food, I get you. And you don’t have to share😉Buuuuut, if you are interested in not feeling at the mercy of food and want to neutralize it, then this is a super useful tool👌🏼#AbundanceMindset #ButAlsoGetYourOwn #FoodObsessionFreedom #CompetitorProbs #FoodObsessionBootCamp #ComingJan24
