🍑🍑🍑My 3 ultimate favorites for growing the booty, with proper form!!! The way I’ve been able to grow my peach most effectively (besides setting aside an entire glute focused day) is through a combination of both compound exercises and isolation exercises.
1️⃣Hip thrusts (compound): I tend to go heavier with these to really feel the burn before I follow up with various isolation exercises. Keep your neck neutral the entire time and squeeze at the top of the movement.
2️⃣Glute pull throughs (isolation): Keep your neck neutral again, do not over extend your back at the lockout, and squeeze your glutes throughout the entire movement.
3️⃣Glute kickbacks (isolation): Keep your upper body parallel to the ground, squeeze your butt cheek at the top of the movement, and hold on to the machine for stabilization (it’s not cheating I promise).
