Using #ThrowbackThursday to jump back to my very first bodybuilding competition in September 2014, compared to last weekend ๐Ÿ‘™ How ADORABLE was I?! ๐Ÿ˜‚ But hey, we all have to start somewhere!!! โœŒ๐Ÿผ I'm seriously blown away with how I have continued to push the boundaries over the seasons and morph my physique into something bigger and better each show ๐Ÿ† Building this body to what it is today has been a LOT of hard work ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ but more importantly, it has also been out of pure LOVE and PASSION for this sport ๐Ÿ’— Forever excited to see how I can keep on improving and shaping this body into its utmost potential!!! ๐Ÿฆ„ Thanking my coach @graniteconditioning for providing me with the greatest guidance and support to help me reach this stage of my bodybuilding career โžก๏ธ this truly is just the beginning!!!!

Lately I've been playing around with new ideas...because I can. It's post competition and besides keeping safe there are no rules. Try this Switch Grip Pulldown. One hand has a close underhand grip while the other a wider overhand. That underhand will be taking most of the resistance, but pull down with both hands and keep the bar straight. Hit your reps on one side then repeat on the other for one set. Worked great for me. Follow my daily workouts with video of all here on my Story. --------------------------------------------

HOLY POTATOES!!!!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ What an INCREDIBLE day!!!! ๐Ÿ’— I'm still waiting for everything to sink in, but I really couldn't be any happier with my debut at the IFBB Victorian @allfemaleclassic ๐Ÿ‘™ Absolutely thrilled to have placed 2nd in Bikini First Timers and 2nd in Bikini Novice ๐Ÿ† I'm simply overwhelmed with joy, and cannot begin to explain how exhilarating it was to be up on that stage ๐ŸŒŸ It's going to be an early night for me ๐Ÿ˜ด but I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who made today possible ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ My kickass coach @graniteconditioning and my amazing support crew @jeffdumke @_katdaily and @a_boy_named_chuck who flew down all the way from Brisbane to share this special occasion ๐Ÿ’š @amandajanegarritty, @tonydohertyoz and all the judges and backstage team for making my first IFBB show such a memorable experience (PS that backstage Caramel Slice was SENSATIONAL!!!! ๐Ÿ˜), @protanaustraliaofficial1 for taking excellent care of my tan and makeup ๐Ÿ’„ ALL my friends, family and clients who sent me their beautiful wishes ๐Ÿ’‹ and also @glamfitbikinis for never disappointing with the perfect stage bikini!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Even more excited to do this all over again next weekend!!!

When curling be sure to keep your elbow isolated. The problem I see often in the gym is that people involve the front delt too much taking emphasize off the 'Ceps. Use weight you can control most of time. There is nothing wrong with cheating a few reps at the end, but don't cheat yourself out of gains performing curls incorrectly. Change it up! Here I am hitting a 3-Step Barbell Curl doing 5 reps with a wide grip, immediately into 5 reps shoulder width, into 5 reps close grip. I did my entire Back and Biceps workout like this. Follow my daily workouts with video of all here on my Story. -------------------------------

Several tips when doing pull downs to get the most out of them include 1. Sit straight up and don't lean back. 2. Keep your chest lifted high, as you pull down separate the hands and squeeze outward, and get a full stretch at the top instead of doing partial movements. It's also a good idea to stretch the lats between sets. ----------------------------

Slamming shoulders with my 3-way cable side raises. Rep 1 is shown at 9 O'clock, Rep 2 hit 10 O'clock, and Rep 3 hit 11 O'clock, then repeat until 12-15 reps are done.
