Havnt trained core as hard this season, in fact I really have neglected them so much during this last month. It really goes to show how much genetics, diet and muscle memory comes into play!

Here we are 4 weeks out and I'm still getting good changes and shifting body fat, so head down, cardio up and a few tweaks with the diet! Have just finished 3 days under 100g carbs and still at 2000cals so finding new ways to stay full and lean out make prep a little easier! .

I have learnt so much about myself over the past 12 months. One I'm most proud of is having self discipline and not giving in to instant gratification. Preparing your body for a competition is not easy, and quite a bumpy road but overall I really do enjoy the journey and the stage is icing on the (gluten, sugar, dairy, wheat free) cake! -

8 WEEKS, TEAM!!!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ 56 days of hustling, grinding and repeating until my IFBB debut ๐Ÿ‘™ Competing is all I have thought about since prepping for my first ever show almost 3 years ago ๐Ÿ† It's something I am truly passionate about - even on the days when I don't feel 100% human or want to eat the entire Sizzlers buffet ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ the sacrifice that goes into this sport is always, ALWAYS worth it!!! ๐Ÿ’š I love challenging my mental and physical strengths ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ and shaping my body through my training ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ It gives me so much confidence and a deep appreciation of everything my body is capable of achieving ๐Ÿ˜ Just like any goal you have in life, no matter what it is... you need to have the dream and desire, you need to work relentlessly at perfecting your craft, you need to strive at being bigger, better, and stronger than you were yesterday โœ… I hope you chase your deepest dreams hard today, and every other day for that matter, so that you can live your happiest, most satisfying existence!!! โญ๏ธ

Did not post anything in the last week or so as things did not go too well and I just tried to concentrate on me. First I got a cold which meant that I had to skip and extra training day. Then I was having migraine fits. So had a bad week and a half but now I am all back on it. Two weeks out and I will be on stage again! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ‘
