Massive breakfast! Crumbed fish; 1 smashed avocado with half an onion, Japanese pickled ginger and vinegar; 1 whole egg & 3 egg whites. This will be my biggest meal of the day.
Decided to try eating most of my calories in the morning and have something light like soup or roasted veges for dinner, fruit and (or) nuts during lunch. Making sure to stay under my caloric goal for the day. I did this yesterday and still had lots of energy. In fact I stayed full throughout the day and having the veges at night was a task.
Don't follow trends just because of how popular they may be. Try different things and see what works for you. I'll keep doing this for a week or 2 and report back! See if cravings are more manageable this way.
