"With the falling of the leaves, the masks of green are stripped off the hillsides, revealing the diversity and uniqueness of each ridge and valley, rock and stream, old shed or oil well hitherto unseen.
It is in the winter, when the hills bare their innermost selves, when we get to know them.
We can look at the hills as old friends few others understood. ~ So it is with people.~ Most of the time we wear our masks. But during the difficult times, during the winters of our lives, we shed our facades and reveal the intricacies of the unique beings we are.
It is in these moments that friendships are formed. And we experience each other as few others ever will." 💫
This is the poem @mag_neato found and wrote to her best friend, the sister she needed when life was whirling and pushing and biting. It is these kinds of connections we hope to foster at Mindfully B Movement. Find your people - as weird and wonderful as you are. Here, we seek to know ourselves through our harshest winters, to see and support others and to allow ourselves to be seen and supported... To be free, in harmony, and illuminated in all aspects of life.
That's a #community for #healthandwellness.
And we'd love to welcome you.
