Some friends and gym buddies have been asking how I did it. How I was able to lean out so quick. Here's what I do (not in order):
1. Cut the simple carbs & sugars
2. Intermittent fasting 16/8
3. Fasted cardio
4. Consistent training
5. NOT rewarding myself with food after a good workout ( I am not a dog and neither are you)
6. Salmon and salad (with Raspberry walnut vinaigrette)
7. Supplements from @nutrishopchinohills - Raze
-Phosphator - stance BCAAs
8. Drink LOTS of water (8oz upon waking, 8oz before every meal and lots in between)
9. Rest and sleep (you build muscle while recovering)
10. Commitment

Seems like a lot but it's really not. It's a lifestyle, not a phase. The hardest part is convincing yourself, but once you fully commit... you'll definitely get there.

6 months in the gym after a 2017 commitment to be fit. Pictures posted on Facebook and Instagram show a pretty life, but last year I was on the couch eating crap and drinking alcohol every night after the kids went to bed. Now I am eating protein, vegetables, water and doing push-ups instead. Spent the last two nights cleaning out the garage until midnight.
