the down is not what we normally aim for but rather try to avoid. we feel vulnerable and uncomfortable there. we pretend to be up, to protect our feelings from other people’s option and clever advises. we hush away our feelings and cheer up. the down becomes a constant companion, because we never really move through it to leave it behind. the result is, we are stuck, are not in approval with ourself. we neither feel up nor down, we lose oll power. it is tiring and exhausting whenever we don’t let go.
to grow and to expand we must be willing to move through the downs. the down is a place of nourishment and transformation, here we let go what no longer serves, and we gather the power for growth and expansion. it is a very natural cycle, just like breathing in and breathing out. It is ok to feel down, feelings are there to be felt, so we can let them go to receive something new again.
