Ya know Just another cool pic of me flexing, you have to squint a little to see those muscles but they're there OK they just haven't made their appearance quite yet ;) lol I like posting pictures so months from now I can go back to them and see the progress I start to make. It's all about baby steps and consistency and lots lots of patienceeeeeee. Gotta keep grinding hard for them to come thru ✔️ Today I tried #comboworkouts for the first time and I think I've fallen in love with them. I feel like I'm challenging my muscles more and it's perfect for days where I don't want to spend a lot of time at the gym but I want to get a good workout in.

Last night ran a 5k with baby in the stroller then did a couple rounds of this circuit. Plus some additional abs and burpees. Short and sweet!
