Ingredients : . ☆ 300g spelt flour ☆ 150 ml lukewarm cow milk (or water) ☆ 1/2 tsp yeast powder ☆ 2-3 tbsp olive oil for cooking ☆ a pinch of salt
Method : .
1. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, mix the flour and the salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the lukewarm milk and the olive oil. Mix everything together to make a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes. Separate the dough into 8-9 parts and form from each part a mini pizza. . . 2. Preheat oven to 200°C (392° F). Choose your favourite ingredients and top the pizzas.
