We carry so much fear in our stomachs/guts. If we explore that fear, who knows what beauty we may find?
One of the major reasons why we mistreat ourselves with food is to numb out the painful sensations in our stomachs, like the feeling of being invalidated or punched in the gut. When we actually allow ourselves to feel that feeling, it softens, releases, and stops ruling our unconscious actions.
Helpful stomach treatments are: yoga twisting asanas, colonics, acupuncture, nutrition response testing, and massage.
