This week has been a whirlwind of new and unexpected challenges.
I thought my doc was being overcautious by having me do a colonoscopy... simply because of my non-specific abdominal pain... so I almost didn't schedule it. I mean I'm only 43 right?

If it wasn't for the fact that I have a $3300 deductible that I actually met this year... I probably wouldn't have. That's a healthcare worker for ya! We make the worst patients! 😂

I never thought I'd be on the other end of waiting for a pathology report to come back and hearing the words "I think we got it all"... but that is where I'm at. He did say he's very very happy I came in when I did. I'm going to hang on to those words for now.
So today's workout was cathartic... a much needed 30 minutes of time for me... more so than ever.

Now since I haven't had solid food since Monday... I am beyond ready to enjoy some good food with family.
What should I eat first? 🤔 Chocolate pie? Yes ...yes... I agree! That sounds like a fantastic plan! 😂
