William Munoz AKA the flavaaa master, hails from San Augustin, Huila from the small village of Alto del Obispo standing at 1780 masl. William has combined Typica & Bourbon varietals creating a sparkling profile. William uses quite a traditional method applying 15 hours of fermentation (standard for Colombia) however slowly dries the coffee over 15 days! This gentle application creates and impacts big flavours in the cup and provides that sparkle. Come get some yum...this is deluxxxe.
