The fermentation program is spicing up with a Proud Mary secret blend of chillies. These bad boys have fermented away for 3 months, and today we blended the base with a mixture of vinegars & the fermentation brine. The pressed chilli pulp will go into the dehydrator to become fermented chilli salt for our new Chicken, Biscuits & Gravy dish.

We're thrilled to have Dylan Malitsky return for the second year to join our team for UG Beach WOD! Dylan is returning from Miami to Emcee our UG Event again this July. • You may recognize Dylan and/or his voice from emceeing the Reebok Crossfit Regionals and Games for the past 5 years, as well as other events like Wodapalooza, ECC, the Granite Games and etc. Dylan himself is also a former Regionals competitor.
He's stoked to return this summer and check out the new venue, we're excited to have him back!
We stopped by the #collingwoodfarmersmarket on Saturday for some local inspiration and ended up with a couple @baybluec pieces. The concrete planter holds our little plant babies beautifully and the jewel dish is just perfect for holding our @lotusandbay gems 🌱🌀
