This is just a small list of the things I do to better myself. On the weekends you'll find me in sweats either on the couch watching tv or taking a nap that lasts the entire day 😂. Jokes aside, I know what works for me and what goals I want to achieve. Yes, I'm tired. Yes, many days I don't feel like getting my workout in. Yes, there a days that I really just want to call off of work because I'm too damn exhausted. Do I actually go through with those ideas? Nope.
Haters gonna hate. It takes a lot of self motivation and dedication to get up and do everything I gotta do. I don't really have a personal life. I don't go out with my friends often, but, I know what I'm doing today will be good for me in the future. Take the plunge and shoot for the stars. 🌟
