“I want to be skinnier” or “I want to get bigger” is what most people say their GOALS are. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But that’s NOT going to cut it. You need MEASURABLE GOALS!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Most people give up on their goals because they don’t see results.
BUT, having MEASURABLE GOALS allows you to physically TRACK YOUR PROGRESS and SEE RESULTS on your journey!

How to set your measurable goals:
• Define WHAT you want to accomplish
(Get skinnier, bigger, stronger, etc.)
• Put a NUMBER to it! (Weigh 125lbs, Run 1 Mile in 6 min, Bench Press 250, etc.)
• Set a TIME FRAME! (2 weeks, 1 month, 1 year, etc.)
• Set PROGRESS CHECKS! (Daily weigh-ins, daily photos, test maxes monthly, etc.)
• Plan your training and nutrition ACCORDING to your GOALS!

Most Importantly: **WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS!**

Been studying and packing all day. While I’m sad to be leaving Boston in the rearview window for the summer, I am so excited to be home with my dog daughter 🐶😋 and see friends at home, work, and spend time with family. After my final final on Thursday, I’m home free (please come faster)

Throwback to when I didn’t have to spend my days locked up in the library for 12 hours.

It truly is a grind guys.
I take school really seriously so this time of year is high key intense and stressful.
4 exams in one week- send help, and endless coffee.
Spending endless days staring at my computer, going over material, staying in one spot.
It seems effortless but man it’s exhausting.
Mentally draining tbh and all I wanna do is sleep for days after.
But instead I have to get up and do it all over again.
I’m almost on the other side though.
Two days and one more final to go and then it’s summer☀️☀️ All the hard work and exhaustion will be worth it so soon😊

Since I can barely think straight right now, I’ll leave you with this: ▪️prioritize what’s important during critical times, like finals, and that may mean sacrificing certain things you enjoy temporarily, and that’s okay
▪️working hard gets you far, but working hard through the times you want to quit, will get you even farther
▪️giving yourself grace and not being too hard on yourself is always a great thing to keep in mind

Dang does it feel good to be outside without there being snow on the ground. 🌻Spring is officially here as well as a few rain storms! I LOVE everything about rain with an exception of driving in it😂 What are your thoughts about it? Do you love it, or hate it?

I've been prepping my new coaches training page all morning long and I can't wait to show them! 😻 That's the difference with this company. We share everything, because our goal is to change people's lives and get them REAL results, not quick fixes.

What does living your happiest life look like?

Mine is being able to travel at the spur of the moment, being debt free, surrounded by friends and family who truly know me. This is more then possible because of coaching. I can take my business anywhere I want to go because I am my own CEO.

YOU GUYS RED LENTIL PASTA IS SO GOOD! And so good for you! It’s vegan, paleo, and has 25 grams of protein per serving! I’m trying to incorporate one or two vegan meals a day into my diet because while I currently think there’s no need to go completely vegan to be healthy, I do recognize the cancer-causing and inflammatory effects meat and dairy have. This pasta has no meat or dairy added, I just used @newmansown sauce and chopped up some red bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and zucchini for vitamins and texture 😊

Its been a week, but I am back!
Ive been so stressed with three weeks to graduation and all of the work I need to get done that I’ve been neglecting my self care and workouts. Today, I decided to put a stop to that and get in a quick, twenty minute lift and HIIT workout! It felt so good to push myself and work as hard as I could for twenty minutes, and I’m already feeling a little less stressed (although not by much!)
My plan for the next three weeks is to jump around programs, do whatever workouts I want, and try some new ones!
