do you use a collagen supplement? it's been a year since i started having it daily, and cannot recommend it enough. my skin is consistently clear, my nails are extremely strong (and i'm a recovering biter so they've never been in good shape) and my hair. my hair is something that has always frustrated me - it would grow a certain length and then just stop. it grows like a weed now, and it shiny, healthy and strong.
now, not all of this is due to #collagen exclusively. i eat mostly real, whole foods, drink half my body weight in water (oz's) every day and eat A LOT of healthy fat. but the collagen helps all that, and i also feel like it's helped me get stronger and recover faster in the gym.
i use @furtherfood collagen peptides and i've tried both the marine and bovine. both have A+ ingredients, dissolve well in liquid (a little better in hot, but it just takes longer for cold) and there is no taste. i add a scoop to my coffee every morning, and also add to soups, stews, sauces, dressings, energy balls, smoothies. basically anything liquid or blended.
if you want to try @furtherfood collagen, you can use my code RACHELEATS10 to save $. it's already a great price for the amount that you get, so this is a great deal. plus the company is woman owned and they're always partnering with great organizations/nutritionists to bring their customers great recipes and content 👌🏻
