I'm happy to say I got my workout in yesterday! I've been going strong for 6 weeks now and I've been noticing a lot of body changes recently! The main reason I started this journey was more for mental well being than physical but hey you can't argue some gains 🤣 I didn't sleep well last night, Issam woke up scratching for a few hours in the night so I decided to keep him home from preschool. I don't normally drink coffee but I felt like I needed it this morning. I've got some mega meal planning to do! I've been off the bandwagon with that lately and hate being unorganized. I have SO many new recipes to try out 😍 If anyone has some good ones send them my way!
