V60 that we all know today was designed by Hario-originally laboratory glassware company, based in Kanda, Tokyo. With help of a chemist Tsuruoka San, prototype was designed in late 40’ and was aiming to make brewing quicker and more practical.
Cone-shaped glass funnel for pour-overs was released in 1980 but it wasn’t until 2004 when Hario V60 became one of the staple home-brewing methods...
Peeps, Hario spent over 60years developing brewing method for us to be able to enjoy coffee to its full potential without leaving home, so whether it’s #latteart #fitnessgoals or life in general- don’t rush, take your time 👉🏼 !!
