I don’t think I’ll ever get used to this cold weather ❄️ It’s so easy to lose motivation in the cooler weather, I’m certainly feeling the struggle. One promise I’ve made is to walk a minimum of 5km every day. Wether outside or inside on the treadmill, I must MOVE every day! Any workouts or outdoor runs are a bonus! Thankfully I don’t struggle with winter comfort food cravings. I love soups so it’s easy to stay on track 😊 Do you struggle with the winter and the cooler weather? How you to stay active?
