so... i’ve decided to embark on a new adventure 🤗 i’m going to be starting a fitness and loose dieting plan called 21 day fix.. and i’m SO pumped about it. ——————————————————————
i haven’t been to the gym in about a month bc it’s so freakin far from my house and my days are too busy to be spending 3+ hours strictly on working out. with this plan i’ll only spend 30 mins a day in the comfort of my home working out and feeling good 💪🏼 ——————————————————————
this plan is cardio-based but does require a few weights here and there. now, i HATE cardio. but this is fun cardio!!! it’s not the stuff that makes you run in one place for an hour!! it’s quick, and EFFECTIVE. one of the BEST parts about it is that i have a trainer telling me exactly what i need to do and when. this means i can’t cheat myself anymore by giving myself 1 whole minute of rest instead of my WANTED 30 secs of rest😂 but that’s okay !! bc this is going to make me stronger and help me tone up!!
this program also came with a meal plan specified to meet my goals and wants which will be easy to follow because it’s nothing too harsh! healthy, whole foods is all they’re asking 🤤
well... i’m looking for some girls to take on this challenge with me and crush a few goals in a short amount of time— maybe even before uni starts !! OR it’ll put you in the right schedule FOR uni. either way... please join me so i’m not alone 😭 i’m so excited about it and would love someone to share my progress and struggles with, someone i can bounce meal ideas off of, someone i can keep accountable and can keep me accountable!!! ——————————————————————
