Last minute entry for #TBT (throw back Thursday). This was a part that we machined a couple years ago from 6061 aluminum. And it's one of the more tricky parts that we have ever machined due to how thin the walls are. The top and bottom clamshells go together but I'm not 100% sure how the client bonded them.
