I wouldn’t speak on it without experiencing it firsthand. I’ve tried so many different diets and training techniques. What I found out was they all will work. The key is finding out which one is best suited for you. We all respond different to certain diets and training regimen. For me, intermittent fasting and carb cycling are my go to. My body responds best to training with moderate weight between 6-12 reps with no more than a minute rest (30 seconds is ideal) with mid to high volume sets. This helps me recomp or build lean muscle and cut the fat out. Never in the gym longer than an hour. So Find YOUR IT when it comes to a healthy fit lifestyle and OWN IT.
