Shoulders and traps this morning. A lot of strict overhead presses and not using my legs to drive the weight up. Also a boring shrugs video, but I’m including it because I don’t have a lot of weight on there BECAUSE you don’t need to bar to be near the snapping point to work your traps. I can’t even come up with a number of times I’ve seen someone put a ridiculous number of 45’s on the bar ONLY to move it 2 millimeters. 🤦🏻♂️ Lighten the load, pull the shoulders up to your ears and hold it for a few seconds. Rant over.

Going heavy is one thing, but doing heavy supersets, that’s just plain stupid...says the guy doing them today! It was worth it though. Sticking to the 3-6 rep range and since I went with supersets this morning, I chose a weight closer to the high side.
