With the ⬆️sedentary lifestyles people have, one of the most highly debated topics nowadays is “does poor posture correlate to pain?” At this time unfortunately, things are unclear as you have some such as Yamamoto (2015) who argue that YES “faulty” posture can be linked to pain (such as forward head being the cause of neck / shoulder pain). On the other hand, those such as Straker (2009), Edmondston (2007) and/or Szeto (2007) would say otherwise.
