•SPOT ON• Clear skin is something we all strive for and unfortunately some of us are not blessed with good skin and constantly fight for it. I’ve suffered with acne for years and even after I got it cleared up I still get annoying breakouts now and then and am constantly working on the quality of my skin! This doesn’t mean that I try to use as much as skin care as I can, it’s actually quiet the opposite. I try to use less. I use just what’s appropriate for my age and try to concentrate more on my inner health. We all know that’s where beauty starts!
Today I want to share with you what has been doing good for me. It’s a very common thing, tea tree oil.
I’ve tried to switch up to different spot treatments from time to time but nothing worked liked tea tree oil for me. Please note, that it might not work for your skin at all! But if you suffer from acne or get occasional break outs this oil might be the right solution for you too.
HOW TO USE TEA TREE OIL:
-Always do a test patch to make sure you are not allergic to it.
-Only use it as a spot treatment. Tea tree oil is very strong and can dry out your skin. -Only use it at night as a last step in your skin care routine. It might make your skin too sensitive to the sun.
-Don’t use tea tree oil combined with another spot treatments or chemical peeling solutions.
Tea tree oil is a strong anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial solvent that can be very beneficial for acne prone skin. Don’t over use it to avoid any sensitivity. If your skin gets too dry give it a break.
So far it has been working great for me, so I hope it will be helpful for someone else too! 🌿💚
