Body overworked🏋️♀️ Any of these sound familiar to you? Can you relate? These issues are specifically targeted by the next program I am doing. It is a 21 day detox, a total body reset. It is not easy, but the results are SO worth it. I will eat lots of real food, but it will be super clean, and I will give my body a break from intense exercise. This program is very effective for weight loss, as you see with my friend Jackie, but that won't be my goal.
