Repost from @tennishealthfitness - lazy plates of pancakes are a MUST any day of the week, but especially saturday 👏🏻 dreaming of this plate post barre & pre tennis - an active saturday, but i wouldn’t have it any other way 🤗🤩 pancakes (recipe below) cooked with @nuzest_usa vanilla protein topped with berries, a large dollop of plain yogurt, honey & hemp seeds 💃🏻 i love this pancake recipe for added protein and fiber with no refined sugars - let me know if ya make them 🤗

1/4 cup @bobsredmill garbanzo bean flour
2 heaping tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp peanut powder
1 scoop vanilla protein of choice
1 tsp baking powder
dash of sea salt & cinnamon
1/3 cup liquid egg whites (or, one egg or one flax egg)
1/2 mashed ripe banana
1/3-1/2 cup liquid of choice (i used almond milk)
coconut oil (or avocado oil), for cooking

whisk together all the dry ingredients, then add in the west. heat the oil to a medium heat on the skillet and add ~1/4 cup of the batter on. swirl into a circle & cover with a lid. cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute. repeat until the batter is gone!

I’m a strong believer of only putting the best ingredients into my body to get the best results out of it.

This one is made using @raglancoconutyoghurt mixed with @nuzestnz vanilla Clean Lean pea protein powder, @hellowrawnz Banana & Cashew Granola, homemade blueberry compote using @oob.organic frozen blueberries. Topped with fresh banana, a cheeky healthy choc chip cookie dough bliss ball, @picspeanutbutter, @natavasuperfoods chia seeds & cacao nibs. Quick, simple and DELISH! .

Life is very busy for me at the moment and I have some pretty big changes in the pipeline...including changing careers to become a personal trainer and also a big move to Melbourne in August/September! Excited is an UNDERSTATEMENT 🙌🏻💃🏼 I’ve had to make some difficult decisions but I’m so glad that I’ve taken this path. Life is short and you have to do what makes you happy! .
If there is something holding you back, I encourage you to be brave & face it head-on too. I promise you’ll be glad that you did 😀
