Transformation Tuesday...... with no comparison photo! 🤣
Today is day 9/80 day challenge, and I can already feel the difference of my timed nutrition program, and the new exercise program. My mind is clearer, my energy levels are⬆️⬆️, and although it’s only a week in I’m starting to see physical changes too- more definition in my abs, and biceps as well as increased leg strength.
This morning I was out in my shed working out at 4am as I couldn’t sleep!
