Every day we are putting our bodies under stress...and the body needs us to properly support it to release all the chemicals and metabolic waste that it created everyday. ( oh yes the body is constantly producing waste not only the one that comes out when we go to the toilet but cellular waste too) I have always been all about nutrients, I have never counted calories to keep myself lean and healthy. Sometimes weekday ice cream 🍦is the best ice cream! The problem with saving all your treats for the weekend is that it's easy to get carried away. I use to keep my eating 💯 Monday to Friday and let loose on the weekends. The problem with the weekends is that they make up 28% of your week.

Neglecting to, "check yo self" all weekend can result in you eating back all those calories you worked so hard to burn off during the week. And so begins the vicious cycle of depriving yourself M-F and binging on food and booze Saturday and Sunday.

I don't say this out of judgment, but out of experience. It's also why nowadays I prefer to spread my treats throughout the week. And realistically, sometimes you need ice cream on a Monday!

BROWNIE VEGANO 🍫❤. .
Aquí tenéis un postre muy bueno y fácil de preparar. Sólo batiendo un par de ingredientes y horneando podrás sorprender a todos. .
. ✔Ingredientes: .
-2 y 1/2 tazas de copos de avena, 1/2 taza de cacao en polvo sin azúcar, 1/2 taza de leche vegetal, 1 remolacha cocida, 1/2 taza de garbanzos cocidos, 1 plátano grande o dos pequeños, 6 dátiles, 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco, 1/2 taza de nueces, 1/2 tableta de chocolate negro (+70% cacao) y 1 sobre de levadura. .
. ✔Procedimiento:
1- Molemos los copos de avena.
2- Añadimos el resto de ingredientes secos en un recipiente.
3- Trituramos los garbanzos, la remolacha, el aceite de coco y el plátano.
4- Si la mezcla está muy seca, añadimos parte de la leche.
5- Picamos a cuchillo el chocolate.
6- Mezclamos las tres partes a mano en un recipiente hondo.
7- Añadimos las nueces picadas.
8- Colocamos un papel de hornear y extendemos la mezcla con las manos.
9- Horneamos a 180º durante 30-40 minutos dependiendo del grosor. .

Arroz integral, guisantes, calabaza asada, zanahoria y calabacín. Ala! Nuestra comida de mañana lista! 😋😋 Suelo dejar varios ingredientes base el finde (arroz integral, azukis, garbanzos...) y entre semana agrego verduras y otros ingredientes para ir más rápido en hacer los tuppers de nuestras comidas. Vosotros como lo hacéis? Alguna idea chula? 😊
