Tour de contrôle nous avons un problème 🙈🙈🙈 les pieds ne répondent plus, le cerveau est complètement HS et les yeux fonctionnent à moitié 😆😆😆 En résumer la bécane est bonne pour la casse 😅😅😅 et demain on remet ça 😆😲😆 Alors on prend une bonne dose couragalade 😋😋😋 Nous avions donc au menu ce soir : Souporridge Aubergine à la parmesanes, salade et jambon avec du fromage blanc en dessert 💕 Sinon ce midi c'était miambox avec un Bowlcake façon galette bretonne, salade et blanc de dinde avec en dessert le dernier taillefine café ( @remember_mydream ) et spéculoos 😍😍😍 Maintenant je vais répondre aux appels incessants de mon lit qui me supplie de le rejoindre 😂😂😂 Je vous souhaite une douce soirée mes amours 💕 Gros bisou

Я думаю, що вже і вам видно результати моєї роботи над собою😌 Що ж, прийшов час розповісти, як саме я це роблю😏
Насправді, я не займаюсь в залі, не руйную свій організм дієтами і тому подібне. 👣 Все доволі просто:
✔ йога
✔ плавання ✔ силові (гантельки по 1.5,  3.75 і 6 кг)
✔ розтяжка ✔ таааанці (обожнюю бачату і кізомбу😍 Професійно не займаюсь, брак часу, але як кажуть: "Як тільки, так зразу"😂😂😂)
✔ плавання (хоч раз в тиждень, але має бути)
✔ рууух (в мене 4 собаки і кожна потребує уваги, тому гуляю з Шах на вихідних, з дітками раз в тиждень, а з Азатом декілька разів в день)
👣 Харчування:
🌸 без шкідливого солодкого (можу з'їсти мед, не вживаю цукру, зриваюсь на зефір або на чорний шоколад, але в мірі розумного)
🌸 п'ю пребагато води. Більше, ніж 2.5 літри. 🌸 з м'яса лише біле: курятина або кролик
🌸 вживаю німецькі вітаміни (Магній, Кальцій, В1, В2, В6, В12, С) і натуральні імуностимулятори
🌸 не вживаю білого хліба. Натомість, цільнозерновий або кукурудзяний, хоча не в захваті від смаку 😬
🌸 коли довгий робочий день, то маю з собою вівсянку з сухофруктами (ягоди годжі, яблуко, курага і горіхи) + йогурт

When Natalie Moxey received a Christmas card from her local Indian restaurant, she knew it was time to eat healthier and lose weight. “It is quite a scary thing to think you order enough food from a take-away company that they send a Christmas card,” Moxey, 31, of Eversham, England. “I reached rock bottom.” Moxey provided a few tips to help others hoping to lose weight.

1. Take pictures.
Even when Moxey disliked her appearance, she took pictures of herself. Looking at old pictures helped her stay focused on her weight-loss goals, even when it felt too overwhelming. “It is an amazing motivation to push yourself to keep going,” she said.

2. Enjoy your food.
Moxey thought that losing weight meant giving up pasta and potatoes. But she found a plan that taught her portion control, which helped her feel satiated, while still enjoying foods she loved. “I followed diets in the past and they are incredibly restricted and you feel miserable. It is just no way to live to basically be living with your stomach rumbling,” she said. “Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t enjoy your food.” 3. Reward yourself for meeting goals.
When Moxey first started Slimming World she set smaller goals, such as lose 5 or 10 pounds in a month. And when she reached those little goals, she rewarded herself. “If you do hit these mini goals, go and buy yourself new dress or go out to the cinema to celebrate,” she said. "You have to be kind to yourself or you just won’t get there." ----------------------------------------------------------------
