Don’t know what to do with leftovers from juicing? 🤷‍♀️ No problem, I got ya with delicious Guacamole recipe here! 👐🥑Combine this heart healthy fruit with fiber-rich pulp to boost your health and keep you satisfied throughout the day. Sound good? 😋Wait, you’re thinking. Is there any nutrition left in the pulp? Isn’t the whole point that nutrients have been extracted? The answer is technically yes: if I were using a Norwalk juicer, there’d be nothing left but fiber. But most juicers are imperfect enough to leave some nutrient content in the pulp. And this aside, it’s pretty yummy, and not worth wasting. Let’s do it! 🌱
Guacamole recipe:
- 1 medium avocado - 1 1/2 cups of pulp (I had beet,carrot,lemon and bit of ginger pulp)
- 1/4 onion - 1/8 cumin powder
- 1/8 sweet paprika.
- Lemon juice, as needed.

Other ingredient suggestions:
Feel free to add tomatoes, bell papers or cilantro.
.
Mash up the avocado into a bowl. Dice onion and add to the avocado. Combine pulp with rest of ingredients. Adjust spices
Tips:
Adding some chili pepper🌶 or cayenne can give your guacamole a spicy kick!
Or adding simple few blueberries or raspberries with bring nice sweet flavor notes to the dish ☺️

Ingredientes:

🍨 250gr del Yogurt de la marca que consumas.

🍨 1 litro de leche a temperatura ambiente o tibia.

🍨 Una medida (un frasco de vidrio de la Yogurtera) de leche en polvo.
Instrucciones:

Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes en un recipiente con pico, volcá la preparación en los 7 potes y tápalos. Ubícalos dentro de la yogurtera y pone la tapa. Programa 8hs y listo! ¡En 8 hs vas a tener yogurt casero!
