Sunday goals realized while laying out eating this Strawberry Mango Chia Parfait #ohmygod - best of all, its totally healthy!
I’ve layered strawberry- mango nice cream with collagen chia pudding and fresh strawberries. .

+ Chia pudding - 3 tbsp chia seeds with 1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk and a scoop of collagen powder (because 29). Refrigerate for a few hours so seeds can expand and form pudding. .

+ Strawberry-Mango Nice Cream: Blend frozen mangos, frozen bananas (small chunks), fresh strawberries and a teeny bit of coconut milk to help blend better!
Layer it with some fresh strawberries and enjoy! 🍓 ☀️ PS) Chia seeds are a great source of potassium, calcium, iron, omega-3, fiber and protein! Strawberries are a natural anti-inflammatory and mangoes are rich in antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin which help protect vision.
