Blueberry Collagen Protein Bread.
No refined sugar. No flour. No yucky ingredients. And all the yummy flavors. Can eat this for breakfast or dessert with some ice cream on top ๐Ÿ˜

1 1/2 c oat flour @bobsredmill
1 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c creamy peanut butter @crazyrichardspb
1 overripe banana (or 1 egg)
2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides (or protein of choice)
1 c blueberries @driscollsberry
Dash cinnamon, dash sea salt

Heat oven to 350ยฐ. I mixed all my ingredients in a blender - except for the blueberries (But, can certainly mix all ingredients until fully combined in a mixing bowl)! In a bread pan, use coconut oil to coat the inside. Pour 1/2 of the batter into the pan. Add 1/2 c blueberries on top, add in the rest of the batter and then the remaining 1/2 c of blueberries on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, using a toothpick to see if the inside is fully cooked or not. Remove and let cool, and enjoy!

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

I hate drinking water, sad but true. Water is just soโ€ฆ blah. I used to buy those Crystal Light packets to flavor my water with but not anymore! A drop of lemon or lime does the trick! Not to mention the health benefits are way greater! In the winter, I will add a drop of Thieves and Peppermint to my coffee. Immune support + cinnamon and peppermint flavor = YES PLEASE!

Another option is to add a few drops of essential oil into a capsule. My husband has been asking for a capsule filled with Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint this last week. This combo is GREAT for seasonal support. Coming home from a 6-month deployment in a desert to GREEN EVERYWHERE was really messing with him.

You can also use the Vitality oils when cooking. Need a hint of lime? Add a drop of Lime EO. Black Pepper? Orange? Thyme? The list goes on.
