It’s easier than ANYTHING-to fall off track.
It’s not only tempting at times- but can simply happen because LIFE gets crazy!!!!
Maybe you have a kid, move to a new town, get MARRIED(me!🙋🏼)
But the fact is: life is change. You can either fight it- or work with it.
My health is always a priority. But when I got married- THAT became my priority. (Rightly so!;)
But what I’ve learned when this sort of change happens- is to recognize it and work with it.
Instead of letting myself fall off track and stay there, down and depressed. I kick my butt INTO gear. I tap into what I’ve got to use: my fitness community. My online gym. My meal plan resources. And I find a way WITH my new hubby;) to help me get my health back as a priority too!(marriage is great- Bc now you have 2 people to brainstorm!) And what happens—� you start seeing results again. You find a little balance. You FEEL better again.
I say this- to tell you that it’s possible. It’s possible for the girl with 3 jobs and absolutely NO time. It’s possible for the guy who’s got a baby, dog, and wife to take care of.
It’s possible to get on track- and STAY on track. You just need somebody to help teach you how.
