Just over 4 weeks out from Rite of Passage ‘18 and working on strength. Gonna post some oly complexes tomorrow, but for today:
3x5 squats @ 75%
I’m training high bar this cycle, kinda for fun, but also for specificity to weightlifting. There might not be significant carryover cf. low bar, but I feel like it’s moving really well and my quads are blowing up. -
3x3 bench @ 85%
Nothing special here just looking to get used to a pause on the chest.
No video but hit some volume bench at 75-80%, then incline flyes and single arm shoulder presses.
A few sets of dips at bw+70 lbs to round things out.
