Tfw you thought you were alone in the gym and then watch the tape back to see someone slowly backing away from your spazzy dancing in the background 😂 #classic (I WISH it was in frame).
My workout got pushed late yesterday and to avoid the rush hour crowds, I headed to ze condo gym (heavy legs later this week).
Because weights were lighter I kept reps higher (12-15), rests shorter, and utilized my band (🎶to make her dance...sorry 😬).
If you're sans barbells, this workout was prettyyy dece:
ss Db RDLs
Banded db hip thrusts
ss seated banded hip abduction
ss banded reverse hypers
Split squats (with dbs)
Sissy squats (wall assisted)
ss wall sits
Those sissy squats are a quad dominant movement (and not super easy). Find something sturdy to grab onto when you're starting and eventually you can advance to unassisted; your gym may have a dedicated machine too :)
